Temporaty Family Assistance (TANF) and State Administered General Assistance (SAGA) clients, as well as TANF and SAGA eligible individuals earning below the Connecticut Department of Social Services annual federal poverty level, who live in any of the areas served by JobLinks are eligible when there is no public transportation or access to public transportation available. (Only available to eligible individuals who are working or attending skills training classes.) The free gas card program provides an eligible individual with up to four $20.00 gas cards.
