In all three regions - Waterbury, Danbury, and Torrington - up to 8 weeks of free bus passes are available to Temporary Family Assistance (TANF) and State Administered General Assistance (SAGA) clients and TFA and SAGA eligible individuals earning below the Connecticut Department of Social Services annual federal poverty level.
