The Adult Education project in Waterbury provides night time transportation service to five different training facilities. These facilities offer English as a second language, computer training, and/or a high school diploma. In the Greater Waterbury area, Managed Transportation (MTS) vehicles provide a customized ride home Monday through Thursday leaving from the Grand Street Adult Education Program at 8:15 PM and from the East Clay Street Adult Education Program at 9 PM. Anyone attending the childcare certification class held at the YMCA on Thursday evenings may request a customized ride home at 9:30 PM.
