all three regions, a Guaranteed Ride is offered in the case
of an emergency, like an ill worker or sick children.
In
Waterbury, up to two Guaranteed Ride vouchers are issued
per year. Participants must call Managed Transportation
(MTS) dispatch directly to arrange for a ride home.
In
Torrington, 24-hour service is available through a beeper
system. The employer must call to arrange a Guaranteed Ride
for the employee.
The
Danbury region utilizes a voucher system, which are issued
by case. Employees should contact the Jinn Cab phone number
directly.
